Most of the time Email confirmation were sent to the registered email/username with all the details along with the SMS on registered mobile number.
If you had paid the Installment/Fee but haven't received any SMS or email, please ensure the following things mention below-
- Ensure that the email registered with us is correct and the same you can access.
- Check your SPAM/JUNK folder of you email.
- Search with the subject line "Profile/Payment Update".
- Check your SMS for any message from us, the sender Id on the SMS will appear like "MD-THGATE".
As long as you have the access of your registered mobile number and email Id, every time whenever your profile gets updated in terms of Fee/Installment paid or the first time registration for any of the courses, you will receive the confirmation on your number as in SMS and an email on your registered email ID.
If you are enrolled in any of our center for any of our courses and had paid the installment by cash or cheque/DD or any other payment method, then it might be delay to receive the confirmation on Email and SMS. For all such cases please contact to the center only.
